A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philophone, hereinafter “philophones”) as follows:

1. Trading and administration of philophones on October 22, 2016;

A. On October 22, 2016, the Defendant, at around 19:58, remitted KRW 550,000 to the Cbank account (Account Number: D) in the name of B, and traded phiphones by means of receiving approximately 0.5g of phiphonephones sent from the F Office operated by the Defendant in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, at around 21:00 on the same day.

B. On October 22, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.25 g of philophones on the gambling place at the above F Office on October 22, 2016, and in a method of inhaleing the smoke.

2. On October 25, 2016, around October 25, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones in a manner that inhales approximately 0.25g of philophones at the above F Office on October 25, 2016 and inhales the smoke.

3. Trading and administration of philophones on November 8, 2016.

A. On November 8, 2016, around 10:25, the Defendant remitted KRW 220,000 to a bank account in the above name B, and at around 1:30 on the same day, the Defendant traded philophones by receiving approximately 0.2g of philophones sent by the above F office using Kwikset service.

B. At around 19:00 on November 8, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.2g of philophones on a gambling place, heating them to inhale them.

4. Trading and administration of philophones on November 18, 2016.

A. At around 12:10 on November 18, 2016, the Defendant remitted KRW 2.50,000 to the bank account in the above B’s name, and around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant sent approximately KRW 0,00 to the above F’s office using Kwikset service.
