A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around December 19, 2015, the Defendant damaged property: (a) around 00:01 on December 19, 201, at C located in Busan East-gu, Busan-dong; and (b) without any reason, carried out singing in his/her hands.

D The market price of the possession was 200,000 won, and it was destroyed by unloading the microphones on the tables.

2. On December 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 00:15, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) at around 112, the Defendant was arrested as a current offender due to the fact described in paragraph (1) from the slopeF belonging to the Busan East Police Station E District, the Busan East Police Station, and thus, at the same time, used the Defendant’s resident registration number (H) who is a pro-born student, thereby denying others’ resident registration numbers.

3. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On December 19, 2015, the Defendant would not receive a civil or criminal agenda with cash of KRW 120,000 as a microgram case of the perpetrator’s name G, address J, resident number H, and H on December 19, 2015, from around December 19, 201, for the purpose of exercising the right at the Busan East-gu Office E District Office in the Busan East-gu Police Station E District Office in the Busan East-dong Police Station.

On December 19, 2015, the agreement in the name of the said G, which is a private document on the proof of fact, was forged by entering the “offender G” as the perpetrator G on December 19, 2015.

B. At the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) delivered a forged agreement to D without knowledge of the fact that the agreement was duly concluded; and (b) exercised the said investigation document.

4. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the investigation;

A. On December 19, 2015, the Defendant signed a private signature: (a) around 01:50 on December 19, 2015, at the Busan Dong-dong Police Station-type office located in 70, Busan Dong-dong, Busan, the Defendant was investigated as a suspect’s status as to the suspicion of property damage from the K, and (b) there is concern that the number of times designated due to a fine will be discovered, and that he is the Dong-dong.
