A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on April 12, 2004, and was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Ansan District Court on April 12, 2004, and was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on January 3, 2007. On June 20, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at the Suwon District Court on June 20, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at least twice.

On July 7, 2014, at around 20:55, the Defendant driven a BFstst or other car under the influence of alcohol by 0.121% without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 4km from the road located in the Choyang-ri, Jeonnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Namnam-do, to the front day of the Choyang-ri located in the same Doncheon-ri.
