A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around March 24, 2015, the Defendant was demanded to comply with a drinking test by inserting a drinking measuring instrument three minutes from around 20:58 to 21:18, in a manner that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, as he/she driven a C-wing and freight vehicle from about 1 km to about 691 in the direction of the 691 Doambbak-ro, Donnam-gun, Gangnam-gun, Donnam-gun, and from around 691 to the same Donnam-donan intersection, without a driver’s license.

On March 16, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 1.5 million won for a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's support for the promotion of the head of Gwangju District Court. On June 1, 2009, the same court received a summary order of 1.5 million won for a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act. On December 27, 2011, the same court was sentenced to a summary order of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act. Although the Defendant had been in violation of Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice as stated in the criminal records, the Defendant driven a E-cargo under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.053% in the 15km section from around January 9, 2015 to the roads of the Maritime Educational Road at the same time from the Do in front of the west-gun, the west-gun, the west-gun, the west-do around January 21, 2015.
