A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. A. On May 2014, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance, such as booming at the “E” coffee shop managed by the victim D during the Gyeonggi-do-Si, Namyang-si, without any justifiable reason, on the ground that he was found at the “E” coffee shop, and lying on the store’s chair, and lying on the store’s chair, upon the request of the said employee for a delivery.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's coffee shop business by force.

B. C. At around 19:00 on August 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reported that the learning paper sales was installed in front of the beauty art room at the 19:00 Gayang-si, which was operated by the victim H; and (b) went under the influence of alcohol to the victim, and (c) did not enter the beauty art room for one hour by the customer, such as “if he/she received how much he/she would have left a shot board without internal permission; (b) he/she would not operate his/her business; and (c) he/she could not operate his/her business unless he/she is so.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the cosmetic business of the victim by force.

The Defendant, at around 17:00 on August 8, 2014, was under the influence of alcohol at the entrance of the above beauty room, and was seated with a simplified chair, and then was under the influence of the cosmetic, “booming rooms” for the customers leaving the cosmetic.
