Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court, for a period of one year.

1. The Defendant, B, and C, while residing together with the land owner in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, which he leased, provided forged lease contract and borrowed money from the victim E as security, forged the above house lease contract that the Defendant himself as the lessee, and asked the victim E to borrow money by providing it as security, and asked the victim to introduce the money. The Defendant introduced the victim after consenting to this, and requested C to prepare a lease contract with the victim while carrying out the act of the lessor's agent, and C intended to obtain money from the victim by using the forged lease contract.

On April 6, 201, the Defendant, B, and C indicated “E and H” in the column for the location of the real estate lease agreement without authority to borrow and exercise money from the Defendant’s office located in Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si, and the location of the real estate in the real estate lease agreement without authority. The Defendant, B, and C stated “F, G, and lessee” in the column for the lessor’s column for the real estate lease agreement without authority. On the other hand, the Defendant arbitrarily delivered the seal of the F’s personal seal to E and stamped the F’s name.

As a result, the defendant, B, and C conspired with each other to forge a real estate lease agreement in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.

As in the same paragraph, the forged real estate lease contract shall be delivered to E as if it was actually formed, and the above lease contract shall be genuine.
