1. Defendant I Religious Organization Reformed the Defendant on January 8, 2008 following a resolution of the Provisional Party Council on January 6, 2008 by Defendant I Religious Organization Reformed.

1.The following facts may be admitted as a whole to each entry of Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 3, 5 to 8, 11 to 17, 21, 22, 24, Eul evidence Nos. 2 and 5 (including the number of branch offices; hereinafter the same shall apply) without dispute between the parties, or as a whole to the whole purport of the pleadings:

The Council of I Religious Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the “instant church”) shall be the Kmno Association of Defendant I religious Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the “I Religious Organizations”)

The church belonging to the Korea Labor Relations Commission (hereinafter “Defendant Labor Relations Commission”). Since September 2000, the general assembly of the reform religious order appears to have been divided into the Nowon-do General Assembly, the Sungdong General Assembly, and the Hong Dong General Assembly. The instant church opened a church conference around October 2000 and passed a resolution to carry out the church without joining any place of the divided general assembly, and thereafter, it suspended its activities as a general assembly of the reform religious order and a branch church (branch) which is a member of the Defendant Labor Relations Commission, and lost its status as a member of the Defendant Labor Relations Commission since October 16, 201.

B. A party council under the Constitution of a religious order on the reform side shall be an institution that determines the membership and retirement of the members, supervises each agency of a church, supervises the members, expulsion, and expulsion and punishment, and supervises the religious affairs and activities of the members, and shall be comprised of delegation pastors and armed forces, who are the chairperson of the party council, as the head of the party council.
