1. All of the instant lawsuits are dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The G church (hereinafter “previous church”) is a church that belongs to the A religious order (hereinafter “A religious order”). Since September 200, the above A religious organization appears to have divided into I General Assembly, J General Assembly, and K General Assembly, and the previous church opened a church conference around October 200 and passed a resolution to leave the church without joining any place of the divided general assembly.

Since October 16, 2001, the previous church suspended its activities as a general assembly of the A religious order and a branch church which is a member of the above HEU, and lost its membership status as a member of the A religious order HEU since October 16, 2001.

B. The previous church, as the president of the church, was planning to meet the retirement age around December 2001, had continued between M, N,O, P, Q, Q, R, S, T, and U (hereinafter “M, etc.”) among the 17 Sightseeings when forming the church and M, N,O, P, Q, Q, R, T, and U (hereinafter “M, etc.”)
