Punishment of the crime
[Status and relationship between the Defendants and the relevant persons] Defendant A was the K-high school town of Defendant B, who was in the J market from Jun. 6, 2004 to Jun. 30, 2014, and worked as reporters from Jan. 1, 1977 to Aug. 1998, Defendant A planned and promoted Defendant B’s election campaign as Defendant B’s leader at the 33th JP election, which was implemented on May 31, 2006, and on May 2, 2010 at the 5th simultaneous local election market (the 34th J market election) held on June 2, 2010 (the 35th election market election campaign).
In the process, Defendant A, who was recognized as having contributed and was established for the purpose of developing Q region from August 2004 to December 2006, was appointed as the representative director of the RA and the representative director of the RA, from April 2008 to June 2014 for the purpose of construction and operation of S, respectively, and maintained a friendly relationship with Defendant B for a long time.
