[Relationship to the position of Defendants and accomplices] Defendant E related to “2016 Gohap 222, 2016 Gohap 27, 2016 Gohap 37,” and “2016 Gohap 37,” was a person who was sent to the X-election district in the 20th National Assembly member election, which was implemented on July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2014, and was dissiped after going to the election district in the X-election district in the 20th National Assembly member election.
