1. Basic facts

A. (i) The Plaintiff worked in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu Limited Company D (hereinafter “D”) and retired from his/her position on December 31, 2013.

Doll Defendant served as the director in charge of D's accounting division, and retired on April 10, 2014.

B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant transferred money from October 22, 2007 to May 29, 2009, as indicated in the following table, to the account in the name of the Defendant (Seoul National Agricultural Cooperative). From May 25, 2012 to the account in the name of the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff received money from the Defendant to the account in the name of the Plaintiff and received money from the Defendant until October 31, 2013 at the rate of 1% to 1.5% per month for each of the total amounts repaid or remaining.
