2. The parties' assertion

A. At the time, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant, who was the husband of the Plaintiff, to lend the bond business to the Defendant at the time, and lent KRW 400,000,00 to the Defendant by setting the interest rate of KRW 3% per month between October 12, 2006 and November 27, 2006. Thereafter, after changing the interest rate of the above loan to the 2% per month from February 2007 to December 19, 2007, the Plaintiff additionally lent KRW 75,100,000 to the Defendant from March 5, 2007 to December 19, 2008.
