1. Defendant B’s KRW 18,403,530 as well as 5% per annum from March 27, 2014 to July 15, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Summary of the claim and its judgment
A. As indicated in the summary of the claim (1) as indicated in the table below, the Plaintiff lent the sum of KRW 896,903,530 to Defendant B, and received a total of KRW 621,50,000.
(2) At the time of the above loan, the agreement was made to pay interest equivalent to 1% per month on each loan.
(3) Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the sequence 6, 7, and 8 below.
(4) If the sum of the above repayment amounts to KRW 621,50,000 is appropriated for the principal and interest of each of the loans listed below, the principal to be repaid to the Plaintiff by Defendant B is KRW 275,403,530 as of August 1, 2012, and the principal to be paid jointly and severally with Defendant C is KRW 59,701,126 out of the above amount of KRW 275,403,530 as of August 1, 2012.
(5) Accordingly, the Defendants are obligated to pay the Plaintiff the same money as the stated in the purport of the claim.
