A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 12, 2016, the Defendant attempted to commit indecent act by compulsion: (a) on the road before “E” located in Ansan-gu D during the period of Ansan-si on the road; (b) discovered the victim F (20 years of age); and (c) her desire to commit an indecent act against the said victim; (d) followed the victim by his desire to commit an indecent act; (b) her left arms after the victim’s back to the victim; and (c) prevented the victim from harming the victim with his/her hand; and (d) said the victim’s “humping.” However, the victim continued to have sound and resistance, thereby leaving the victim above the floor, and fled.
Accordingly, the defendant tried to commit an indecent act against the victim, but did not commit such an act but did not commit an attempted act.
2. On April 22, 2016, the Defendant suffered from indecent act by compulsion: (a) around the G Park in Ansan-si, the Defendant discovered the victim H (the 26-year old age), attempted to commit an indecent act against the said victim; (b) followed the victim by using both arms; (c) met the victim’s chests; and (d) met the victim’s chests; (b) her resistance the victim’s chests; and (c) her resistanceed the victim’s face by hand, her hand hicks down the victim’s face; (d) continuously obstructed the victim’s entrance part by hand; and (e) took part in the victim’s mouth by drinking; and (e) took part in the part of the victim’s bridge with his/her hand, the victim hicked the victim’s humf and humfeded the victim’s humf and humfed the victim’s humf and humfed the victim’s humf.
Accordingly, the defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act and injured the victim.
[2016Gohap87] On January 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:50 on 18, 2016, Jmour 305 located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I; (b) the victim K (n, female, 34 years of age) was placed on the bed part of the bed in the bed area of the said victim by attaching the head debt to him; and (c) the victim was placed on the bed.
