Punishment of the crime

around 14:30 on July 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed “D” clothes sales store located on the second floor of C department stores located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, in B; (b) placed the victim E, a store manager, in a creshing room; and (c) placed one set of 49,900 won of the market price of the victim E, which was displayed at a different place.

On May 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 12:45 on May 28, 2019, at the “Hmaart where the Victim G in the Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu was in service; (b) had one game factoring amounting to 74,800 won in the market price managed by the victim displayed there; and (c) did not lead to an attempted attempt by the victim, even though it did not amount to 74,800 won in the market price managed by the victim.

2. At around 13:00 on June 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a 74,800,000 game factorings, which is not an amount equivalent to KRW 74,80,00, which is the market price managed by the victim, displayed at a different place, the victim I, an employee, at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1).

3. On July 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a crepan game factoring equivalent to 79,800 won in the market price managed by the victim who displayed the gap in the victim G, an employee, at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1).
