The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

On July 6, 2013, at around 12:50 on July 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the door as the main office of the joint residents' self-governing center located in Yongsan-gu, Changwon-si; and (b) stated that the victim B (55) would not be issued a resident registration certificate by misunderstanding the victim as the expenses of the residents' self-governing center; and (c) provided that the entrance of the office was set off, but the victim would be able to take off the door of the office; and (d) the victim would have inflicted assault twice the victim's face and fluence.
