All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

The Defendant, in the facts charged, is a person who employs 20 full-time workers in Yong-nam Cancer B and operates the "C" of the ship structure painting company. The Defendant did not pay the total of KRW 104,118,060 to 31 workers within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment due date, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
