A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while operating the “D” business on the first floor of the building in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, is living in the same Dong area as the victim E (n, 10 years of age) with a person who resides in the second floor of the above building.
