A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A quasi-voluntary indecent act Defendant, while travelling in friendly-gu D and Jeju-do, was accommodated in the 201 heading room “OO heading” located in Seopo-si E, Seopo-si. On October 15, 2017, at around 21:10 on October 15, 2017, the victim F (name, leisure, 21 years old), who is a staff member of the above heading house, was employed in the said D, the above heading house, and G.

After entering the above 203 heading room, the Defendant 1 was approaching the victim by approaching the victim, her panty, and her panty, and her gate was spanched, and the victim's her spanty was boomed by inserting her hand into the victim's upper part, and the victim's her chest and her part were her spanched.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on the room possessed by the victim, and committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by using the victim’s resistanceable condition.
