A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant operated a restaurant in around 2008 with the food of the wife in around 2008 and delivered to his employee while operating the restaurant in China.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by force against minors under the age of 13);

A. On October 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by reporting the victim’s right to enjoy by side and committing an indecent act against the victim at his/her home room No. 301 of G year-type 301, and by cutting the victim’s will and panty to kne under the knee.

B. Around November 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by reporting the victim’s right to enjoy by side and committing an indecent act against the victim at one’s home, Glyco-affiliated 301, and by cutting the victim’s will and panty up to kne under the knee.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape of minors under the age of 13) committed rape on November 28, 2014 by having the victim engage in sexual intercourse once, after having been forced to engage in sexual intercourse at one’s home, at around 05:00 G 301, by reporting that the victim is being forced to take advantage of his/her side, by reporting that the victim is being forced to engage in sexual intercourse, and by exceeding knee and panty of the victim.

Around December 18, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (i.e., sexual intercourses with minors under the age of 13) committed an act of similarity against the victim by putting the victim's knee and panty in his house at his own house, reporting the fact that the victim is leading up to the victim, reporting that the victim is leading up to the victim, and standing up the victim's kne and panty, and cutting off the victim's kne and knee.
