Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, with the knowledge of the fact that the agricultural and fishery products-related farmers discontinue their business in the agricultural and fishery food department, knew that they would grant subsidies from the country to support the closure of business, the Defendants were willing to apply for a false subsidy as if they sold to others all the one after entrusting the Defendants with the lawsuit to C.

However, on September 2014, the Defendants did not sell 3 Man among the 15 Man 15 Man among the Defendants, but entrusted raising to C, and thus, the Defendants did not have any intention or ability to sell all 15 Man 15 Man even if they were granted subsidies from the Republic of Korea.

Ultimately, the Defendants, as seen above, were informed of the victim and received KRW 13,309,00 as subsidies for discontinuance of business from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (F) in the name of A around October 10, 2014.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to acquire financial benefits by deceiving the victim and received subsidies by means of false application.
