A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a relationship with Russia nationality, with the victim B (the age of 37) and about four years living together, but he was a relationship with the first policeman on June 2020.
