The defendant is a person engaged in construction business, and the victim C (n, 40 years of age) is a person who operates D Sariba.

On January 8, 2013, from around 16:00 to 17:30 of the same day, the Defendant found the remainder of the cost of the interior repair of the victim in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Northern-gu, on the ground that the victim did not know the victim of the balance of the cost of the interior repair of the victim’s work, and obstructed the victim’s bath business by avoiding disturbance for about one hour and 30 minutes by force.
