A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. and was released on September 30, 2013 during the execution of the sentence. On November 14, 2013, the parole period expired.

1. 2. On September 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered a “H” restaurant operated by the victim GF at the Seocho-si, Seocho-si on September 14, 2015; (b) cut off a 100,000 won of the market value of the victim’s possession at the ordinary seat; (c) one gate, one 100,000 won of the cosmetic; and one 500,000 won of the market value of the two keys.
