1. On August 30, 2016, at around 03:12, the Defendant cut off one industrial tape (tep) equivalent to KRW 3,000 of the market price, which is the victim’s possession, from the E1 ton truck partitions parked in front of the victim D’s house located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. At night, around 03:40 on August 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) went through a strings installed on the outer wall of the building with the aim of cutting down construction sites at the construction site located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) went into the building on the second floor of the building; (c) one strings owned by the victim G; (d) one strings, two strings, one strings, one strings, one strings, one strings, one strings, and one strings owned by the victim; and (d) one strings, two 2 strings, two f30 kys, two 42 kys, three strings, three strings, three strings, one strings, one strings, and one strings owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night, and stolen a total of 1,410,00 won with tools owned by the victims.

[2016 Height7015] On October 16, 2015, at around 12:40 on October 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid off the victim’s M on the outside gate located in K of the Gangwon Guns; and (b) laid down the victim’s M on the outside gate in front of the “L” restaurant; and (c) laid down the victim’s private room using one copy of the LG mobilephone, one resident registration certificate, one security light, one cash 70,000 won on the part of the victim.
