Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant acquired 290 million won in receipt of illegal solicitation in relation to his duties.

[2014Gohap46] The Defendant, from January 1, 1989, was in charge of the work of setting the specifications and unit price of materials that constitute power generation control devices in the D Department from the Electric and Electronic System Headquarters D department E department of Hyundai Heavy Industries to reflect them in the design.
