1. The defendant shall keep in turn each point of Attached 3 Map 1, 2, 5, 6, and 1 among the real estate listed in Attached 1 List 1 to the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, the Defendant, C, and D are siblingss.

B. The real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 4 was owned by the Plaintiff, the Defendant, C, and D, and the subdivision of the instant real estate was conducted on June 23, 1997 according to the survey conducted by the Korean Intellectual Property Office of Gwangju Military.

On May 4, 1997, the Plaintiff filed an application for a building permit on the Gyeonggi-gun E ground, and on November 6, 1999, the Plaintiff completed the registration of initial ownership of the building on the second floor above ground (hereinafter “instant building”).

C. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant, C, and D for the registration of transfer of ownership (hereinafter “related litigation”) under the Suwon District Court Branch Branch Decision 2009Gahap7089, and the following decision of recommending reconciliation (hereinafter “decision of recommending reconciliation of this case”) was finalized on July 1, 2010 in the said lawsuit.

1. The Plaintiff:

(a) Of the real estates listed in Schedule 4, 9, 11, 14, and 15 of Schedule 4;

(b) Of the real estate listed in attached Table 4 List 1, part (k) 1,120 square meters inboard (k) which connects each point of the attached Table 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 37, and 6, among the real estate listed in attached Table 4 List 1;

(c) Of the real estate listed in paragraph 5 of the Schedule 4, part (B) in the ship that connects each point of the attached Table 29, 56, 57, 58, 60, 28, 29, among the real estate listed in the attached Table 5 of the attached Table 4, part (B) of

(d) Of the real estate listed in [Attachment 4 List No. 10], part (D) of the attached Table No. 353 square meters in sequence connected each point of the attached Table No. 30, 48, 49, 55, 58, 57, 56, 29, and 30;

E. Of the real estate listed in attached Table 4 List No. 16, the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on the ground of termination of title trust as of July 10, 2009, with respect to the portion of (h) 43 square meters in the order of each of the items indicated in the attached Table No. 51, 55, 49, 50, and 51, among the real estate listed in attached Table No. 4 List No. 51, the Defendant shall implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on the ground of termination of title trust on the following date:

(a) Of the real estates listed in Schedule 2, 8, and 12 of Schedule 4,

B. Of the real estate listed in the attached Table 4 List No. 1, the part (i) part (ii) of 1,872 square meters connected with each of the items in sequence 1,2,35,36, and 1, among the real estate listed in the attached Table No. 4 List No. 1, the Defendant shall be the Plaintiff, and D.
