Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Daegu District Court Port Branch Branch on December 12, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Port Branch on April 5, 2015.

2. Fraud;
A. On August 20, 2015, the Defendant, at F convenience stores operated by the victim E in Busan City, U.S., on August 20, 2015, 2015, completed the credit card of KB National Bank, which was stolen as above, and was delivered to the employee, as if he were his card, the Defendant was in possession of the 48,000 won of the market price from the victim.
B. On August 20, 2015, the Defendant, at H convenience stores operated by the victim G located in Busan-gu, Busan-do, on August 20, 2015, completed the credit card of the KB National Bank, which was stolen as above, and was issued to the employee, as if he were his card, one kind of tobacco per 48,000 won at the market price from the victim’s damage.

On August 20, 2015, the Defendant acquired financial benefits by means of calculating KRW 200,000,000 with the credit card of the KB bank, which was stolen as above, at the singing point operated by the victim I, located in Busan Shodong-gu B, as if he were his card.
3. The Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit Industry presented a credit card and used a stolen credit card at the same date, time, and place as the above paragraph 2.
