A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year at the Daegu District Court for fraud, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 27, 2013.

On March 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on March 8, 2012, 2012, at the Diplomatic Office, issued a false statement stating that “The Defendant would have extended KRW 205,000,000,000 in addition to provisional registration 50,000,000 established in G house to the victim; (b) 30,000,000,000,000 won was more than KRW 50,000; (c) 1,000,000,000,000,000 KRW 20,000,000,000; and (d) 2,000,000,000 won was more than KRW 1,50,000,000,000; and (d) 2,01,000,000 won was more than KRW 20,00,000; and (d) 2,01,063,01,000.
