A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2013, the Defendant was kept in custody by the Seocho-gu Seoul Office for the reason of the Defendant’s automobile tax delinquency, and the Defendant was willing to operate the automobile registration number of Done Star Co., Ltd. owned by the representative director C, which the Defendant is the representative director.

1. Around 10:00 on May 11, 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and illegally using air units, removed the D registration number of the said Lone Star car from the Defendant’s office located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and attach it to the front part of the said Lone Star car.

Accordingly, the defendant used a motor vehicle registration number plate illegally for the purpose of exercising it.

2. At around 14:20 on the same day, the Defendant operated a Bosch Rexton car with the registration number plate attached to the aforementioned unlawfully used on the road in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-dong 87-3, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
