A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall unlawfully use a registration number plate under the Motor Vehicle Management Act.

On July 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received the registration number plate of E from the deceased; (b) attached the said registration number plate to the front gate of the Gteama car owned by F; and (c) operated from the above place to the first H in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant used air illegally, and exercised it.

1. Of concurrent crimes, the former part of Article 37, Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the Criminal Act;

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the stay of execution (the fact that the defendant reflects the crime of this case, the fact that there was no record of punishment exceeding the fine, and other various sentencing conditions);
