Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is engaged in driving two cargo vehicles B.
1. No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance to the point that the automobile is operated by mandatory insurance shall be operated on the road;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, as of December 4, 201, operated the freight vehicle owned by himself on the road of about 10 kilometers in the middle-gu Incheon Metropolitan City through the front of the same Singu New-dong from the head and in the front of the head of the Do New-dong, Ulsan Metropolitan City on December 28, 2011, in an uninsurance state without renewal of the mandatory insurance whose contract term has already expired, and at around 12:50 on December 28, 201, the Defendant operated the freight vehicle on the road of about 10 kilometers in the middle-gu, Seoul
