Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2016, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Changwon District Court's Msan Branch on July 29, 2016, and criminal records caused by drinking driving are four times in total.

1. On June 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 07:00 on June 2, 2020, 2020, she driven a rocketing car without a vehicle driver’s license on the road of approximately 2 km from the Haan Military B Apartment to the front of the D restaurant located in C; (b) around 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.129% without a vehicle driver’s license on the road of approximately 2 km from the D restaurant to the front of the said B apartment.

2. The crime on June 3, 2020

A. On June 3, 2020, the Defendant, at around 00:46, driven a rocketing car without a driver’s license, from around 02:0 to around 02:02, around the same day, via G in F in front of the B Apartment.

B. On June 3, 2020, around 02:02:02, the Defendant interfered with general traffic by allowing the Defendant to pass off the land in such a way as to prevent the Defendant from moving the rocketing and other vehicles owned by the Defendant in the direction of a large angle and from moving the vehicle, with the notification of another person prior to the foregoing, and by allowing the Defendant to stop the rocketing and other vehicles owned by the Defendant in the direction of a large angle.
