The first instance court.

1. Grounds for the court's explanation concerning this case are set forth in the judgment of the court of first instance.

The part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding the following contents to the end of the item of the “judgment” under paragraph (2), is identical to the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. As such, the contents to be added to the end of the judgment of the court of first instance pursuant to Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act. The plaintiffs submitted in the trial of the court of first instance the statement (Evidence 11) to the effect that “the plaintiffs only allowed the plaintiffs to become the shareholders and executive officers of the corporation C upon the request of E to help establish the corporation from E,” and that “the plaintiffs only allowed the plaintiffs to become the shareholders and executive officers of the corporation under the form of E upon the request of E,” but even if the statement of the statement of the family affairs is a fact, it cannot be said that the defendant can only be found to have a specific fact-finding, and therefore the defect of the disposition of this case, which was issued
