Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of one hundred thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2011, the defendant received juvenile protective disposition on three occasions for the same crime including the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan District Court.

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. At around 01:00 on February 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened, removed, and intruded into, the exchange wind machine installed on the window behind the “E Hospital” building operated by the victim D in Jinhae-gu, Jinhae-si; (b) resulting in the Defendant’s cash equivalent to KRW 1.30,000 in the possession of the victim in a simplified safe of the Kabter; and

B. On April 1, 2013, around 01:00 on the date, the victim G was opened and opened an unrectative window of the “H hospital” operated by the victim G in Jingu, Jingu, Jingu, Jingu, Jingu, Seoul, resulting in the theft of 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the damage in the Kabter, and

C. On May 12, 2013, around 01:00, the victim K was invaded by a window that was on the Kabter and was on the Kabter by flying the wall of the building of the “J” hospital “J” hospital I located in Chang-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and caused a theft of the Hait-type twee that was in excess of 50,000 won managed by the victim K

(d) around 01:00 on May 19, 2013

E. From around 01:00 on May 26, 2013, at around 01:00 on the following day, the first floor of the “N Hospital” operated by the Victim M in Chang-si L, Chang-si, Changwon-si, taken out the air-conditioning room, and intruded through the window where pipes are not corrected, resulting in a theft of the amount of 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim at a simplified storage center located in the Kabter;

F. On June 1, 2013, at around 01:00, the victim P, operated in the Jinhae-si O, Changwon-si, used a window by using a lux found in the neighboring construction site, cut off the window, and intrudes into the lux, thereby thefting the cash equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the victim’s possession in the lab by using it;
