A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2018, at around 03:30, the Defendant opened a car door owned by the victim D and opened the car door without correcting the vehicle door, and took 1430,000 won in cash owned by the victim, which was located in the grobbox of the said car.

In addition, the Defendant stolen goods worth KRW 7,305,00 in total on five occasions from that method to September 17, 2018, respectively, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
