A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an employee of Atos Co., Ltd., a computer device maintenance company from January 2, 2012 to November 2013.

On February 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by carrying 10,550,000 of the total market value of the victim’s possession in a computer warehouse located at the victim Hyundai E Co., Ltd., Ltd.; (b) and (c) five monitors on a vehicle operated by the Defendant; and (d) committed a theft by carrying 10,550,000 won in the same way from the above date to October 2013, the Defendant stolen property owned by the victim four times in total, such as the list of crimes, in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes.
