Reasons
Ⅰ. 공소사실의 요지 [범죄전력 등] 피고인은 대만국적으로 대만의 폭력조직 중 하나인 죽련방(竹聯幇)의 계파 중 “레이당(雷堂)”의 수괴인 자이다.
【Criminal Facts】
1. The crime on June 1, 2009;
A. At around 03:00 on June 1, 200 on the following day after departure from the Republic of Korea only on May 31, 2009, I opened about 50 g of philophones packed with H as vinyl from the hotel in Tin, and passed through the entry inspection zone and the customs inspection zone in order by boarding an aircraft at the Incheon State's service port where the said philophones are concealed in their own quality at the time-to-day port in Taiwan Mann-do Pin, the same day.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above E, G, H, and I, sealed approximately 50 g of philopon from Taiwan.
2. The Defendant and E in the crime of March 25, 2010 are H. in the above manner.
