1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the dismissal of the judgment of the court of first instance as follows. Thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The 2nd page 13 of the judgment of the first instance court is referred to as "Plaintiffs".

The witness D in Part 3 of the judgment of the first instance court shall be referred to as "D for the first instance court."

Each "Witness E" of the three pages 9, 11, and 17 of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be read as "Witness E of the court of first instance".

On the third side of the judgment of the first instance court, the term "this court" in the 9th sentence shall be read as "court of the first instance".

2. Thus, the plaintiffs' claim of this case is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and the plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
