The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: "the results of fact inquiry by the head of the Si/Gun/Gu before the beginning of the pleading" in Section 13 of the judgment of the court of first instance; "the results of fact inquiry by the head of the Si/Gu before the beginning of the pleading" in Section 5; "the plaintiff" in Sections 16 and 17; "the plaintiff" in Section 5, 16; "the plaintiff" in Section 16 of the judgment of first instance cannot be concluded to be exempted from the next disability; "the plaintiff is not determined to be exempted from the next disability;" "the court of first instance" in Section 10; "this court" in Section 12 of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be referred to as "the court of first instance"; "the court of first instance" in Section 10 shall be referred to as "the part of the judgment of first instance"; and therefore, it shall be cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
