A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B cargo vehicles.

No one shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible, and no one shall operate such motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, around 16:24 July 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed the end number “E” of the registration number plate in front of the said cargo vehicle parked in the area with a view to avoiding the illegal parking/stople on the roads located in the Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu; (b) around July 15, 2018, the Defendant turned the end number of the registration number plate in front of the said truck.

Accordingly, the defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number of the car registration number plate.
