2. 피고인은 2020. 1. 27.경 휴대폰을 이용하여 인터넷 H 사이트에 ‘에어팟을 판매한다’는 내용을 글을 게시한 다음 이를 보고 연락한 피해자 I에게 ‘돈을 먼저 송금해주면 에어팟을 보내주겠다’는 취지로 거짓말 하였다.
