Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 18, 2014, the Defendant forged a private document and carried out the aforementioned investigation document: (a) on September 18, 2014, at the mobile phone store of B, which is located in Chuncheon-si, the Defendant stated the contractual terms, such as the name of the mobile phone model and the ex-factory price, etc. in the application form for subscription to the KT mobile phone; (b) stated the terms “C” in the customer name column and the date of birth as “D” in the customer name column; and (c) signed the “C” in the applicant and the subscriber column and sent the cans to the employee in charge of opening the mobile phone of the name of the applicant and the subscriber that he/she may know of the forgery.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a written application for joining the mobile phone in the name of C, which is a private document related to rights and duties, and submitted it to the employee under the name of KT who is unaware of such forgery and used it as if it was duly formed.

2. On January 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) indicated the column for the division of duties in the form of an application for the change of KT mobile phone service at the cell phone store located in the front port of around January 2, 2015 as “compensation change”; and (b) indicated the contractual terms, such as the name of the mobile phone model, the ex-factory price, etc. in the above form on the pen; (c) indicated “C” and “D” in the customer name column; and (d) signed the applicant column as “C” and sent it to the employee in charge of the opening of the mobile phone under the name of the applicant column, who is unaware of such forgery.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a written application for change of service in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and submitted it to the employee under the name of KT who is not aware of such forgery and exercised it as if it was duly formed.
