A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

5,300,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Meart clocks (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which are a local mental medicine as follows:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On December 11, 2017, at around 20:16, the Defendant transferred KRW 330,000 to a corporate bank account (number C) in the name of B, and then received approximately 0.7 grams from B in front of the exit area No. 8 in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day.

B. On December 14, 2017, at around 20:41, the Defendant transferred KRW 3.50,000 to the above company bank account under B, and then received approximately 0.7 grams from B before the withdrawal of the E Station No. 8 located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu on the same day.

On December 17, 2017, at around 17:13, the Defendant transferred KRW 3.50,000 to the above business bank account in the name of B, and then received approximately 0.7 grams from B before the withdrawal of the E Station No. 8 located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu on the same day.

On January 9, 2018, at around 12:59, the Defendant transferred KRW 3.50,000 to G bank accounts (H) in the name of F used by B, and then received approximately 0.7 grams from B in front of the exit area No. 8 located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day.

E. On January 15, 2018, the Defendant, at around 10:46, remitted KRW 200,000 to the G bank account of the above FF used by B, and on the same day, he received approximately 0.4g grams from B before the exit of the E Station No. 8 located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu.

F. On January 16, 2018, at around 16:37, the Defendant transferred KRW 2.50,000 to the G bank account of the above FF used by B, and on the same day, he received approximately 0.4g grams from B before the exit of the E Station No. 8 located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu on the same day.

G. On January 18, 2018, the Defendant transferred the price of KRW 500,000 to the G bank account of the above F used by B around 18:37, and received approximately 0.7 grams from B before the withdrawal of the E Station No. 8 in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day.
