The punishment of the accused shall be determined by two years of imprisonment.

One of the seized vinyl (Evidence No. 3) shall be transparent.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2016, around 12:30 on November 26, 2016, the Defendant listened to the horses in the vicinity of L Station located in Gangseo-gu Busan, Busan, and then 200,000 won for purchase from F, and then dried up with approximately 0.15g of phiphones.

2. Mediation for the sale and purchase of cryptop sheeters;

A. On November 27, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 250,000 from M to transfer the purchase price of KRW 250,00,00 from M to F, and arranged F to trade 0.24 g of philopon between F and M by sending approximately 0.24 g of philopon to “M” at around 19:00 on November 28, 2016 at post office’s home line, and by sending approximately 0.24 g of philopon between F and M.

B. On January 8, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 130,000 from P to request for writingphones from P, and received KRW 130,00 from P, and then received KRW 150,00 from P, around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant dried up KRW 150,000 for writingphones in front of Q apartment of Busan Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and received approximately 0.15g for writingphones from E, and then traded 0.15g for writingphones between P and E in the above place.
