Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On December 18, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on December 18, 2018 and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 27, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the following narcotics were treated as follows:

1. On December 11, 2017, at around 20:16, the Defendant transferred KRW 330,000 from B to a corporate bank account (C) in the name of the Defendant, and on the same day, he opened approximately 0.7g grams to B before the withdrawal of the E Station No. 8 located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu.

2. On December 14, 2017, at around 20:41, the Defendant received KRW 3.50,000 from the above-mentioned Enterprise Bank Account from the above-mentioned B to the said Enterprise Bank Account, and, on the same day, sent approximately 0.7 grams to the above-mentioned B before the withdrawal No. 8 located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu.

3. On December 17, 2017, at around 17:13, the Defendant received KRW 3.50,000 from the above-mentioned Enterprise Bank Account from the above-mentioned B to the said Enterprise Bank Account, and, on the same day, sent approximately 0.7 grams to the above-mentioned B before the withdrawal No. 8 in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu.

4. On January 9, 2018, at around 12:59, the Defendant received KRW 3.50,000 from the above B to the Agricultural Cooperative (Serial) account (G) in the name of F used by the Defendant, and opened approximately 0.7 grams on the same day to the above B in front of the E Station No. 8 located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day.

5. On January 15, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from the above F to the said F Agricultural Cooperative Account on the same day, and opened approximately 0.4g grams to the above B before the withdrawal of the E Station No. 8 located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu on the same day.

6. On January 16, 2018, at around 16:37, the Defendant received KRW 2.50,000 from the above F to the Agricultural Cooperative Account of the said F, and opened approximately KRW 0.4g grams to the above B before the withdrawal of the E Station No. 8 located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

7. On January 18, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from the above F to the Agricultural Cooperative Account of the said F, and received KRW 00,000 from the said B on the same day, and approximately KRW 0,000,000 from the said B before the withdrawal No. 8 in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day.
