On August 1, 2016, the Plaintiff concluded a construction contract (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) with the Defendant to conclude a contract with the construction cost of KRW 7,62,951,90 (hereinafter “instant construction”) from August 1, 2016, setting the construction cost of KRW 7,62,951,90, and the construction period from August 16, 2016 to October 9, 2017 (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

The construction contract of this case changes over ten times, and the date of each contract, the changed construction amount, the extended completion completion plan, and the reasons for the change are as follows.

B. On July 31, 2018, the Plaintiff submitted an inspection of completion to the Defendant on July 31, 2018, and on September 14, 2018, the extension of construction to the Defendant.
