1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The basic facts are media companies publishing the daily newspapers of “D”, and Defendant Dong-acom is media companies publishing articles of “D” on the Internet website of Dong-acom (E).
Around February 27, 2012, the Plaintiff was investigated as a suspicion of sexual intercourse with F, a 10-party female riding player, by force over five occasions from February 27, 2012 to November 16, 2012.” On December 30, 2013, the Plaintiff was subject to a disposition of suspicion of sexual intercourse with the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office of 2013 punishment No. 67207, Dec. 30, 2013.
Defendant B and C, a reporter belonging to Defendant Dong Daily, prepared an article as referred to in the title G / [H] (hereinafter “instant article”) and published it in D in the daily newspaper. Defendant Dongdongcom posted the instant article on the same day on the Dong Dong-acom’s website, and the contents thereof are as shown in attached Table 2.

2. The plaintiff's summary of the plaintiff's assertion was subject to the disposition of non-prosecution regarding the suspicion of confinement of wards through fair investigation. Although the plaintiff committed a crime of adultery between wards, the defendant Dong Daily and Dong Dong.com had been committed by the plaintiff, the plaintiff should exercise unfair pressure and report false facts as if he did not proceed with the disciplinary procedure at the Korea Sports Association.
Therefore, the Plaintiff sought the publication of the correction report in the attached Form 1 against Defendant Dongdong. The Plaintiff also demanded that Defendant Dongdongcom delete the instant article on its Internet homepage and delete it on the attached Form 3 Internet portal site linked to the instant article.
In addition, the plaintiff is calculated at the rate of KRW 3,00,00 per day when he did not perform the above obligations against defendant Dong Daily and Dong Dongcom.
