Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 04:50 on September 18, 2013, the Defendant illegally using a motor vehicle: (a) around 04:50, the Defendant 103 of the Gu-U.S. C Building 103, carried the key to the EK5 motor vehicle owned by the victim, and driven the said motor vehicle that was parked in the parking lot of the said studio building.
