A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On July 13, 2015, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a BNF rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 2km from the front day of the funeral hall of the Kanman Hospital Hospital in the Gancheon-si, Kimcheon-si to the Kimcheon-si Kimcheon-si parking lot.
